Robert Craven was educated at Dynevor School, Swansea and Jesus College, Oxford (Scholar) – BCL, MA

He joined Iscoed Chambers in 1980 following pupillage and initially practised in civil, family and crime, but now concentrates on civil – general chancery work and common law. He specialises in all aspects of real property law – ownership, boundaries, rights of way and other easements, restrictive covenants, land registration, wills, probate, trusts, including beneficial ownership disputes, Inheritance Act claims, residential and commercial landlord and tenant, personal injury, contract and commercial.

He is also a CEDR trained mediator.

Robert is a Member of Chancery Bar Association and Wales Commercial Law Association and was appointed as a Recorder in 2005 initially in the Crown Court and then the County Court. In the past he has been a member of the Provincial Panel of Treasury Counsel and the Panel of Counsel to the National Assembly.
