Gareth Waite has successfully represented Defendants in a High Court matter following a 4-day trial at the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre before The Honourable Mr Justice Michael Green (Supervising Judge of the Business and Property Courts for the Wales, Western and Midland Circuits).
The Claimant sought a one-third share over the Defendants’ property and was pursued under an alleged contract and proprietary estoppel. The claim was dismissed.
